长期从事系统代谢工程与合成生物学的研究,主要承担《微生物代谢工程》、《细胞工程》和《有机酸工艺学》课程的讲授工作。近五年在Nature Catalysis、Nature Communications、Metabolic Engineering、Chemical Reviews、Trends in Biotechnology等期刊上发表SCI 论文30余篇;授权发明专利20余项;主持国家重点研发计划(课题、子课题)、国家自然科学基金(优青、面上、青年)、江苏省自然科学基金(杰青、青年)等国家级及省部级科研项目10余项;获得教育部科技进步一等奖(2015,2/5)、江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(2021,2/8)、闵恩泽能源化工奖(青年进步奖)、江苏省优秀博士学位论文。
